Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If we issue the return label and email it to you, then you the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Below you can find all the information you need about shipping options and delivery timelines. Once you place an order, you can follow your order along with the tracking information sent via email and in your BFF Account, all orders are requested 2 business day for fullfillment
We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
For Standard Orders (3-10 business day shipping timeframe), it may take up to 2 business days for shipping activity to be updated on the shippers tracking site after you initially receive your Shipping Confirmation email.

LOST PACKAGE
We are not responsible for any lost packages. However, if you believe the package is completely lost after tracking, please contact the Postal carrier and let us know what has been stated by the carrier. You can go online and file a claim directly using the tracking #.
It usually takes up to 21 days for carrier to trace/investigate lost packages, and we advise customers to wait another 10 days after filing the claim. If carrier found the package, we will try our very best to process it and ship it out but it will require to pay for shipping charge on the second round of re-delivery.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
