RETURN POLICY
BFF Co accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days, of unworn, (tried on is OK) unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise with Product Hang Tag still attached and uncut/untampered with (and all packaging components).
We reserve the right to refuse returns if conditions are not met.

Requesting an Exchange?
Exchange inventory is not reserved until your return is in route, so please submit your return package at your earliest convenience.
Requesting a Refund or Store Credit?
We’ll process your return once we receive the original items. You’ll receive an email confirmation letting you know that the process is complete. If you opted for store credit, you’ll receive an email with a digital gift card to use towards your next purchase.
